In mandarin, we will just say : 

I eat.  Wǒ chī.   我吃.

You do.  Nǐ zuò.  你做.

I like.  Wǒ xǐhuān.  我喜欢. 

We understand the meaning of "it" from the context.

In English, we say ‘I mean it!’

In mandarin, we will say ‘Im serious!’ :Wǒ  shì rènzhēn de!我是认真的!

In English, if someone says he wants to go to a place, and he asks if anyone else wants to go as well.  we say “I do!”

In mandarin, it's depends on the verb. For example:
